Recently passed its MOT (April end). Superficial damage from previous owner (spray painted over). A few scratches but acceptable for the age of the vehicle. The car runs ok but is currently smoking out the exhaust. Battery, exhaust, suspension, back tyres all new and passed MOT with only minors. Someone with some guile could fix this up and they could get many more miles out of this. I'm moving to an area where we don't need 2 cars, so wanting rid of this one. Happy to consider lower offers.

It has a 6-speed manual gearbox, and a bhp of 174. I have owned the car from new, purchased from Lloyd's BMW in Newcastle in April 2008. Full service history, initially at Lloyd's (Fawdington, Fenham),then at Autobahn (german car specialist) in Hexham, then at my local garage in Wall. Given the car's age, it still looks handsome, as you can see from the photos. And although it has done over 200 thousand miles, a diesel BMW can handle this mileage with ease. In its 17 years, it has never broken down. Test drive this car, and I guarantee you will be impressed. The build quality is exceptional, it drives superbly, and looks as good as a 17 year old car can look!
