Did buy a part worn one today from Trent’s for the worst tyre. £25 Engine management light always on but is a sensor for emissions so my mechanic said don’t worry about it, been on for about 6 months Kenwood Stereo works but speakers don’t so wired to use a portable speaker, which works great Few scrapes and dinks Tax is high, £380 MOT till end of October 2025 Have spent an average of £500 a year for the last 3 years on rust in the sills, was cheaper than a new car! Every time it has an MOT our mechanic said it is a great car for its age don’t scrap it, just sort the rust It is my wife’s car and she has got a job as a befriender and needs a car that has a working window! Silver Bullet has been with us for the last 12 years and been a great work horse. Fantastic huge boot and when the seats are down it the back you can help someone move house, done that many times Thought we would try it on Gumtree but if no interest will very sadly be scrapping him :(
